Kim is often the first friendly voice customers speak to and the one who makes sure each project runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Her attention to detail and genuine passion for pets shines through in every interaction. Kim is also the one who collects, reviews, and clarifies client photos and briefs, helping to make sure Colin has everything he needs to produce each bespoke portrait.
